TLA will be in Austin this year. If you or any of your staff members would like to attend, the deadline to turn in the Travel Authorization Request to Bea Duran in the Deputy Director of Public Services’ office is by close of business March 1st.

If you plan to attend on city business and are approved for such by your supervisor, you will also need to complete and submit the Supplemental Questions for Travel at the same time you submit your travel authorization. You can find those questions on the HPL Neighborhood Libraries Blog under Resources in the HPL Forms section listed as Supplemental Travel Authorization Form.

If you will be using vacation time, you will only need to submit the Travel Authorization Request. If you have questions, please call or email me.
