Laptop forms

Thank you for the reminders Fred .  We will be working with John Middleton and the COH Legal Department to update the Laptop and Tablet Computer Circulating Guidelines Application so that it addresses the removal of a laptop from a library location both as a civil and a criminal offense, but until the new application is available please continue using the current application.  Remember that for a customer to be able to check out a laptop his/her ID must be valid so be sure and check the expiration date before initialing the application.
