Hello:
Just to clarify, if you receive audiovisual materials to
fulfill a hold that is missing a disc please contact the branch that sent you
the item. The priority is to help the patron receive the hold item as soon as
possible. Since it is more likely that the sending location will have the
missing disc than I, it makes since to start with them. If they can’t find the
missing disc then you may send the item to me to be dealt with in the
appropriate manner.
