I           Projects

a.     For Smith we are going to work on scanning all of the adult non-fiction and back shifting.

1.     Making progress finding lots of material from CEN much of it is no longer in the catalog.

2.    Before shelving check the item does not belong to Central

II.         3^rd Ward Cloth Meeting overview there are mental health services in the area.  Fliers from the meeting were put out at Smith and Young

III         Schedule

a.    Calendar for next year is out waiting to find out how 12/24 will be listed on the Intranet as closed or holiday

IV        Open carry discussion check out the email that had the links to the town hall meetings

VI        Questions Comments

Tax help fliers will be coming and forms have been ordered we usually done see either until February.

We received and email in December about W-2s and when we will receive them
