Smith staff meeting 6/14/16

I the KHOU book drive the box is out front and we just need to make sure people are donating their books not our books.  Details on book pick up will come later.

II Bikes for highest reader are being displayed each day.  The bikes need to put away each night and brought out each morning.  Currently there is room in the manager’s office.  When scheduled out I will move the bikes to the supply closet.  This will continue until the end of summer reading.

III Due to the temp AC unit the gates will be closed at night.  The gate by the dumpster will remain closed except on Thursday morning for dumpster pick up. The clicker for the front gate will remain at the building so Diane can get in, in the morning.  The clicker for the back gate will be passed around to the people that will get here the earliest to open the back gate. That person will also have to close the gate at night as we leave.

This will continue while the temp AC unit is here currently planned for 2 weeks.

Additional signs were posted in the parking lot yesterday about gates closing at end of business.
