Young Neighborhood Library Replacement – Wendy Heger
This project continues to move forward. The local Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) is paying for the construction of the building, and there has been much community input and feedback so far in the design process. Plans call for design to continue through March 2013, with construction beginning in the summer.
