Agenda

I           new holds printer put in back Training on Friday

            a. computer in the back

b. where to store stuff in the front till it can be taken to the back was decided to label a box Hold Items and take to the back at intervals

Through discussion we figured out that we need to look at this process once we are using the new machine.  That it could be possible we change where we keep the bins.

II          Workplace Environment

a.    Work space since we are all in the workroom we need to make sure to clean up the space so it is usable by everyone.  Progress is being made.

b.    Break room remember it’s the maids day off, please clean off the table and clean dishes don’t leave in the sink.  It is the staffs job to clean up the kitchen after themselves.  Everyone agreed clean is better

III         Furniture rearranged

            CD spinner rack moved

a.    Wedding cake moved to teen area need to keep the display by the desk full

b.    The small bookcase move to draw attention to the TEEN area

c.    The couch in the children’s area was also moved.  No chairs by the fire extinguisher because people keep eating back there.

IV        Choose a Section

a.    What area of the library would you like to focus on?

Norola and Ymelda are working on Children’s area

Ymelda also agreed to take on the DVDs and CDs

Monique Adult nonfiction and audio books

Hallie Teen area

Jessica agreed to take on the Reference, Spanish and Classics section.
